Delivery policies
The items ship from United Kingdom or Spain.
I ship within 2 working days from payment.
Delivery in the UK, European Union within 4-5 working days.
CUSTOMERS FROM OVERSEAS (USA, Canada, Australia etc): although couriers usually achieve much-much shorter delivery times, these are not guaranteed so please, allow for 10-15 days for delivery.
Customs, duties, brokerage fees vary depending on the buyers’ country and related legislation. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, BROKERAGE FEES once the item arrives in country.
Always include your phone number when checking out with PayPal as phone numbers are required for shipping labels and customs forms IN CASE your local carrier needs to reach you upon arrival.
Returns & exchanges
Will accept refund in case of loss or damaged item during dispatch. When requesting refund for damaged item, please be ready to produce photos as evidence. Requests for refund should be made within one week from item’s delivery.
Because I travel full time, I'm afraid that I can not accept returns.
Exchanges can be made only if the product has not been send yet, and it will have a delay of two working days. If the product has been send I can't accept any modification, returns or refunds.
